Fabulous! This is my first robot vacuum and wish I got one earlier. So handy to let it run and vacuum/mop the house, particularly the areas I tend to avoid like underneath furniture! Can determine carpet and hard floors which is handy. Cleaning suction on carpet works well. Easy to use app. Cost was competitive and delivery from Tristar Online was prompt with tracking available. Happy customer.

Does a good job. Much louder than our old one. Unlikely to purchase anything through Tristar again. Paid for express delivery, they lost it. Took weeks. They did talk to me initially but communication dried up. Then they send me a new tracking number which didn’t work, but it then turned up the following day. Also, they discounted it further while I was waiting for it. Pointed this out and was ignored. No offer of good will, nothing. Won’t ever use Tristar again unless desperate.
