I didn’t get the ones I wanted, they got substituted for another brand. Will give them rotten tomatoes
Wasn't the best experience, bought the phone through my shop app have used many times without issues. TRISTAR flagged my order as bogus and canceled my order and refunded me. That refund took 5 days to arrive in my bank account . So ordered again after a few emails. Took two weeks to deliver the phone and was delivered in a bigger box without any extra packing to make up the space. For a $1400 purchase and electronics it is not good enough
Great product. I have to buy the adapter separately for Australia as this came with the japanese plug.
