Love these Sennheiser Accentum Plus Headphones. Rich sound, well made, great app to manage all sorts of configurations. Handling and shipping by Tristar was great. They firstly informed me that they had discovered a fault with the headphones they originally wanted to send out and offered another pair in different colour. When I replied that I wanted to stick with the black colour that I initially had chosen, they sourced a replacement in no time. Top marks!
I need a second iPhone for traveling overseas and the 64GB iPhone SE 3 offered by TriStar came in handy for my purpose. It still has 88% battery health and no cosmetic blemishes on the case. It's a great buy!
Happy all round. Only thing missing is the power doesn't flow through to the laptop from the connection to screen.
Purchased a $74 solar pump which was faulty from the start. Been trying to get it replaced or refunded under warranty but no luck as yet. Was offered $10 back but no consumer warranty being offered. I keep being asked to provide the same information over and over, I would not recommend this company. I've had to purchase another pump elsewhere as after weeks of trying to get this resolved my pond fish are struggling in the stagnant water. Replacing them will be more than the cost of the pump, even having to pay for one twice!
Cards don’t match the pictures ie you put in a card rhat says “red” and it says “panda” instead. So disappointed
