I purchased a sleeping bag on Saturday 18 July for my daughter’s excursion which took place on the evening Friday 24 July. I paid extra for express delivery to ensure the item arrive on time (which the website claims 2-3 working days). The item was finally delivered on Tuesday 28 July (ie 7 working days)!
I wanted to support local businesses which is why I didn’t use Amazon…never again! Tristar has a warehouse in SA and I live in SA but still took 7 working days for express delivery. I can drive to their warehouse in less than 15 minutes!
I was hesitant to buy this item but wow its an awesome product and service is excellent
