Return & Refund Policy
Customer Returns
We allow customers to return the products if they find any faults in our Laptops, tablets, surgical supplies or any other item sold by us. In order for us to process the return, the item to be returned must be in original packaging.
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it and after that we will notify you of the outcome via email or your preferred means of communication. If your return is approved our team will immediately process your refund and will be credited automatically to the method of payment used by the customer. Please allow 2-5 Business days for your refunds to be processed.
Shipping cost involved in returning the item will be paid by the buyer and its non-refundable. You have to pay the shipping charges if you decide to return the item.
