Battery life on this mobile is the best I’ve had from any brand.Does everything I need it to do at a fraction of the price of the big guns.Very Very Happy.
Sadly I thought the battery was not part of stick. To have to charge battery separately not a wall attachment. This makes it heavy and has a storage issue.
The canister is too small and messy to empty.
All in all not too impressed.

This robot is excellent at mapping, vacuuming, & mopping. It avoids my dogs when they stand in it's way. The floors are sparkling and streak free. Voice activation is a cool feature too. Love how it washes it's mops. App is super easy.
Highly recommend spending the extra money on this new model.

Fabulous! This is my first robot vacuum and wish I got one earlier. So handy to let it run and vacuum/mop the house, particularly the areas I tend to avoid like underneath furniture! Can determine carpet and hard floors which is handy. Cleaning suction on carpet works well. Easy to use app. Cost was competitive and delivery from Tristar Online was prompt with tracking available. Happy customer.

Does a good job. Much louder than our old one. Unlikely to purchase anything through Tristar again. Paid for express delivery, they lost it. Took weeks. They did talk to me initially but communication dried up. Then they send me a new tracking number which didn’t work, but it then turned up the following day. Also, they discounted it further while I was waiting for it. Pointed this out and was ignored. No offer of good will, nothing. Won’t ever use Tristar again unless desperate.
The box has damage all over it so it’s not worth buying for a limited edition since the box is no good. Complained to staff and they couldn’t care less. Won’t buy again from this store unless we don’t want to keep the box.
Power cable is Japanese so need to use an adaptor which is provided.
Cool looking console
The company's customer service is excellent. I push them to the room of juris and I got it corrected. And I seem to doubt they among me back. Within 15 minutes after every a mile, I gave him and not very transparent and now every time I look to buy something, I go on the website to see if I have a very much trusted.
Fast delivery. Console is Japanese version which has some compatibility issues with Australian wifi. It works for the most part but won't connect to some, like my house 5ghz.
Box was a little beat up and old looking.

Fun. Fps drops on some games but for what it is and how the graphics look, im not suprised
