Sony FE 1.4x Teleconverter
The Sony FE 1.4x Teleconverter lens (SEL14TC) is designed for a selection of Sony G and GM (G Master) lenses. Full optical quality and operability are retained, offering outstanding performance for sports of wildlife photography in a relatively compact, lightweight kit. The Sony SEL14TC 1.4x Teleconverter multiplies focal length by 1.4x with only a 1-stop light loss, without having to carry additional large, heavy lenses.
The FE 1.4x Teleconverter increases the lens's magnification by 1.4x for a narrower field of view. The dedicated design maintains full communication between the lens and E-mount mirrorless cameras, including auto-exposure metering, autofocus, and Optical SteadyShot image stabilization. Additionally, this teleconverter also features a dust- and moisture-resistant construction, matching the lens, to benefit working in harsh environmental conditions.
