- If your computer't type-C port is a full-featured Type C port, you can connect with the type-C port or HDMI port. If your computer has no full-featured Type C port, please use HDMI to Mini HDMI to connect.
- If you want connect your phone, please confirm your phone's type-C port is a full-featured Type C port but not just just for charging.
- When you use Type-C port connect but don't connect the power line, the brightness is 30%.
- When you use Mini HDMI to connect, you must connect the power line to power it.
- When you connect your smartphone /laptop with full function type-c port, the monitor can touch app, web, etc.
- When your laptop design with touch function, HDMI port, please use mini HDMI to HDMI cable to connect monitor and device for data transmission; use usb-a to usb-c cable connection for power supply, one side plug into middle type-c port on monitor, another side plug into your laptop.
