Period & How to Use
To prevent the activated carbon dust (which will not harm your pets) from shedding into water, please soak the HAPUP cat fountain filters in normal temperature water for 2 minutes and rinse it thoroughly under under running water before use. It's strongly recommended to replace the filter every 2-6 weeks to ensure a clean water source! Flush the filter with water every time you change the water.
